CalFresh Outreach

CalFresh Outreach Work

Fresno Metro’s CalFresh Outreach team teaches people eligible for SNAP about good nutrition and how to make their food dollars stretch further.  If you need assistance applying for CalFresh benefits, our talented CalFresh Outreach team can help. As advocates, one of our primary goals is to bring food resources to the under-served and un-served populations in both urban and rural areas of Fresno County.
